++ Join hundreds of fellow RVers for an amazing weekend of film, camping, food, social networking, entertainment and fun as we roll out the world premiere of RV Nomads – The Motion Picture.
This isn’t a traditional movie premiere. We’re designing this event as a massive gathering of RVers with an opening night rally/concert/BBQ followed by a full day of RVer created movies, shows and of course... the world premiere of the RV Nomads Feature Film. Live music includes full timers "Drivin' & Vibin'" and Audrey Callahan.
Outdoor Premiere attendees enjoy dry camping, viewing of the movie via large screen at the fairground, the BBQ, the concert and all fairground activities. NOTE: Outdoor Premiere tickets DO NOT include access to the Ritz Theatre events - Including the Theatrical premiere, the film festival and the panels/keynotes.
Outdoor premiere access is essentially an overflow area where RVers can attend the rally and participate in fairground activities.
It’s a convergence on steroids!
TICKETS: Every attendee must have an individual ticket. Outdoor premiere tickets are $29 each. EXAMPLE: Purchase two (2) tickets for a couple in one RV if both individuals wish to attend all events.
KIDS - Children under the age of 17 may attend the Friday rally/BBQ/concert with paid ticket holders.
RV/CAMPING - Only one RV space will be reserved per family. If your registration is for three attendees, for example, this registration will be reserved into the database as one single RV space allotted. If you're reserving for multiple attendees with multiple RV's you'll need to register separately in order for our system to log the RV type and length for space reservations. Please note the fairgrounds have no hookups. There is a dump station at the county park within a 5 mile drive. Registration includes camping for four nights (Oct 18, 19, 20, 21).
CHECK-IN - RV camping and attendee check-in opens at noon on Thursday, October 18th at the Wellington Fairgrounds. Spaces are reserved and pre-assigned. Check-in will not be allowed after 8:30 PM on Thursdayand will reopen again on Friday morning at 8:30 AM. Friday check-in for RV owners closes at 5:30 PM on Friday.
PETS - Pets are welcomed on leashes at the fairgrounds but cannot be accommodated at the theatre for the Saturday and Sunday events.
